My career started in Fashion and Retail at great brands like kate spade, Gap Inc., and ETRO, where I worked directly with clients and learned how customers actually behave. I leveraged that insight into developing new ways to fulfill their needs by understanding what they wanted.

My adventure into Advertising began at great agencies like DiMassimo Goldstein and MRM/McCann World Group, where I utilized my transferable skills to flex between Operations and Growth Strategy, Talent Management, Workflow Process, and so much more.

My comfort in wearing many hats and the ability to flex my skills are what I bring to every client engagement.

At Deb Roldan Consulting, I embed myself in your business as a Strategic Ops Partner, bringing the operational leadership, growth strategy, and cross-functional partnership that growing companies need but rarely have. I'm not a consultant who hands you a deck and disappears. I’m hands-on and do the work.
